Site Information

So how does southchemistry.com work?

This site is primarily for students enrolled in my chemistry class.  It will be updated daily with homework, notes, and in most cases, video.  I'm planning on having as many lectures recorded as I can.  Any person can come to the site to get homework or notes.  Students, however, will get logons that will allow them to view video and have access to other site features, including forums.

Parents/other interested parties are more than welcome to come to the site and check out what's happening. 

Parents (and students) will also note that any worksheets or book assignments will be referenced on Infinite Campus via links to this site.  So if that's how you get your information, you can always go to Infinite Campus to get assignments.  So if you're a student wondering what you're missing you can go to campus, look at what's missing and click a link from campus to download/view that particular assignment.

When students register for southchemistry.com in the fall (the first week of school) they will be required to enter their phone number.  The students will automatically be registered to receive homework and other important updates via text message.
